Turnkey small housing
You buy a unit. We assess the land, pull the permits, do the site work, pour the foundation, run the utilities, set the building, and finish it. You get a building that's ready to take its first guest.
The unit is a REVU product, built in the Coloma shop. Novo is the general contractor that sites it and finishes it. Model details live on the REVU site. They are not cataloged here.
